Mmm fish and chips. Sometimes there's nothing better on a cold evening in winter. And Cookies do some of the best kind, with a good selection on offer, although I always find it's best to go for the traditional. Unfortunately I've been here a couple of times only to find them shut (on a Sunday for instance) but when you can get in to order then it's well worth the wait. The shop is a bit hidden away in the pedestrian part of town, but definitely hunt it out if you can. Best of British!

its average as far as chip shops go. the one across the street is nicer and they serve a mean chips n gravy and an award winning brew. its called the pheasant grill, they have a huge menu of fresh dishes and its all so fresh and hard to get a seat on market day. cookies fish shop always seems empty thats a sign if you ask me. i would steer well clear of cookies to be honest. they did have a rat problem. says it all really

sooo delicious,great value,great food and they always make fresh,i think they are best fish and chips shop in Market Drayton love their food.x Since this shop is under new management they HAVENOT got any hygiene problems.i think they are really good with their new menu as wellyou have to try again mate :D
